I received impeccable service from Darren Kay and his team. The whole sale process was professionally, politely and expertly, conducted. I had the utmost confidence that my sale was in safe hands. Anything I thought of along the way, they had already considered and dealt with. I had outstanding service.

Overall satisfied with the experience. Ashley and Toni were a pleasure to deal with. Always smiling and lovely people. I found the styling and videographers also very nice people. Kate was also pleasing to talk to on the phone. Darren was informative and knowledgeable in the sale process and having bought our apartment 2 years ago from him I knew he would be the best person to sell this time around. A couple of minor issues in the early part of the campaign was awkward. One was a miscommunication I think from Darren when I asked about when the first campaign report would be ready. Darren's reply was a little terse but put I it down to miscommunication. The other issue was the second open was listed as a Friday until I advised of the misprint. It was changed quickly online. As stated, overall we were very pleased with the result and appreciate Belle looking after our sale.
