I highly recommend this agency. This was a very well run campaign. We had 42 buyers through in the first 10 days. This increased interest and we had multiple offers from more than 8 vendors, from day 8 to day 12 of the campaign the price increased by 60k. The property sold in 2 weeks. The property managers were fantastic during the negotiation, every detail was explained, I managed to include additional beneficial clauses. The follow up was outstanding, they were there every step of the way.
