He has a very good and effective communications skills be it in written or oral (face-to -face or telephone) and was very assertive. We didn’t want our property to be advertised but he was able to support us all the way by giving us other options explaining to us the pros and cons, such that we were able to make a better decision. Even then he was willing to pay for the advertisement cost upfront if we so decide to advertise it. Even if it wasn't advertised, he was able to sell the property to a price range that surpass the sale value of the other similar properties in the street. And to us, he genuinely cares about the seller and not just the sale. I find him driven in his field of profession because he is very enthusiastic and has sense of urgency to do important matters in time. He seems very confident and very focused on what has to be done to finalise the sale. We would highly recommend Darren to our friends and family.
