Darren was very professional to deal with from start to finish. He communicated well, had a lot of local area knowledge, and always replied promptly, which made the whole process very smooth. He got me a high price for my 3 bedroom house (one of the highest in the Deer Park area) and managed to defy the market downturn while a lot of other houses were struggling to sell. He was strategic in how he presented, marketed and ran the auction for my property, and it paid off with a fantastic result. I would highly recommend Darren to anyone considering selling their home. I don't think I would have gotten a better result with any other agent in the area!
