I was really disappointed by Darren. At first he was very keen to make arrangements with the viewing of the property and then once accepted he never got back to me with my concerns and never followed through with what I had requested to receive by the previous owner. He never allowed me to have a pre inspection to the property before settlement time and day and he never showed any interest in delivering a professional and friendly manner. I am still waiting for a response to my text messages I sent him a couple of weeks ago. I would not recommend him due to the fact of not being approachable and not following through.
