This is the second time I have used the services of Daryn at Remax. Once again Daryn was a delight to deal with, proving again his experience and knowledge in the industry by firstly valuing my home and then selling the house above the sale price. The house went up for sale and 2 days later I had a contract. Daryn is very approachable and listened to my requests and was more than happy to accommodate my requirements. From contract signing to settlement Daryn was always there responding to any problems with efficiency and "no problem" approach, resolving and taking care of any issues on my behalf. During the process Daryn kept in regular contact ensuring the sale was smooth and problem free, and was available at any time, even outside of business hours. I highly recommend Daryn.
