Darren helped the reviewer sell this property

Trustworthy, professional and achieves results

We have used Darren Mackay at Santa Cruz Realty for the sale of two properties now as well as property manager for one properties which was rented for 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of Darren. He works hard in the interests of the seller/landlord with integrity, honesty and integrity. We achieved our asking prices in all occasions. Darren is very personable and great to work with keeping us well informed throughout the selling or renting process (even though we were overseas during the rental period). You couldn't ask for a better agent and we highly recommend Darren and Santa Cruz Realty for your real estate requirements.
