Well explained,good communication and punctual

Darren came highly recommended to me . His reputation as a kind, compassionate and highly skilled agent is second to none . Darren was able to secure a sale of my elderly mother’s home in a short timeframe despite many obstacles and challenges!

Darren was able to show us the property the same day we made an enquiry, he explained all the necessary steps to purchase, Darren was very willing to put our proposals the vendor which led to our purchasing the property, he has a very friendly and helpful attitude , we would be more than happy to do business again with Harcourts and Darren.

Darren knew what we wanted and where we wanted it. He was continually in touch keeping us updated with anything he listed that might suit us. He called us to say he had just listed a house at 2pm and we made an offer which was accepted that same afternoon. Darren was up front and transparent throughout the sale. Would recommend speaking with Darren if you are looking to purchase a property around Erina.
