Darren was absolutely incredible. He went well above and beyond our expectations. His communication skills are excellent- he responded promptly (I never had a text or call that went unanswered, he usually replied within minutes). We had a somewhat complicated sale and he was always able to support us with queries and property management. Him and his team checked on our house every other day, they let us know immediately if there were issues and booked efficient tradespeople to fix any issues. This was a comparatively lower price sale and he treated the property and us the same way you would expect for a sale worth millions. I've never worked with such a competent team and would consider investing in Orange again simply because I know the property will be under the best care with Darren and the team at John Cook. We cannot thank them enough for their utmost competency with our recent sale.
