Darren was helpful, friendly and professional. My brother and I, as first home buyers, had no idea what we were doing and Darren made himself available for any questions we may have had. From the first meeting at the property Darren was enthusiastic and confident of a good price at auction. He had suggestions as to how the house should be presented which I believe helped gain a record price for the type of property in the area. The photographs and brochures showed the property in its best light and many people commented that they truly represented it. Darren was prompt with feedback from potential buyers and at all times I felt that my best interests were being addressed. He was early for every open day and as the property was a deceased estate but remained furnished he checked everything was clean and well aired. He did not hurry prospective buyers at the end of the viewing period and was able to answer all their questions. I would employ him again and highly recommend him.
