We had a 2 month old baby at the time of selling, so trying to clean up the place for inspections we thought was going to be a hassle, but Darren was always accommodating with inspection times and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. His market knowledge, preparation, and professionalism really stood out, and when it came time to negotiate he handled everything confidently and kept us well informed. On top of that, his fees were very competitive which was another big plus for us. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our first home.
