In this tough real estate market, we were lucky to have Darren and his team help us navigate the trickiest of the situations. When we decided to sell our Mum's property we approached several agents with properties for sale in the area. We noticed that these agents tended to have their properties on the market for longer and preferred not to sell by auction.
