From preliminaries to the sale completion I found Darren to have fully understood my needs and personal requirements, and there were quite a number of personal considerations that under normal circumstances could be seen as major irritants. Darren powered through these, kept the property moving without causing undue stress to myself and family. His recommendations and advise I found to have been right on the mark and was impressed by the presentation package he developed. My availability whilst not ideal by any means caused delays from Day 1 of the listing however once reconvened Darren had potential buyers in negotiations signing up within days and the property under contract within 10 days at the right price!
