A Stress Free Sale
Darrens knowledge impressed immediately by reassuring me that my asking price would ensure the quick turnaround I wanted and to increase the asking price which proved correct. His communication skills are excellent. He dealt with the tenant, a difficult property manager, and the buyer to ensure a successfull relatively stree free sale, unconditional with short timeframe. Outstanding result which I told him was desirable as I had a high priority investment depending on it. A very satisfying sale in safe experienced hands.
