My husband is very sick and I have to sell my house. Darrin is a very honest and kind man. He explain everything and make it very easy for me to sell. I tell to everyone if you have to sell go to see Darrin he is very helpful man.

We recently had to sell Mum's house as she had to put in a nursing home. Well it took longer to empty the house than to sell it. It was on the market for just over 2 weeks. Darrin took away all the stress and was very accommodating and offered helpful advice on what to do to prepare house for sale. He even visited mum in the new nursing home which is 2.5 hours away from his office. Great to deal with such a professional.

Darren managed to get the sale of my late parents property away notwithstanding a downturn in the market since the property was initially listed. Unfortunately the property's appeal to investors was limited and whilst the property presented well and was well maintained, it wasn't what the market including investors were looking for - a flat subdivisible block with double garage/and or granny flat.
