He then ran the campaign, gathered a solid number of interested parties and kept us informed of each potential lead, their indicated price, situation and likelihood to purchase. On the day of the auction, Darrin's professionalism really shone through. The sale was down to the last buyer. I wanted a bit more and was willing to pass the property in. Darrin supported me on this decision rather than pressure me to accept the price even though it would mean more work for him and went back to the under bidder. Thankfully the bidder wanted to property and raised the offer to the price I was happy with. Those few minutes alone was worth $40k. It was a stress free, educational and rewarding sales experience.
