My home at the above address settled yesterday after a campaign which began in February of this year. Initially we went to auction and throughout the lead up to auction day Darryl led the way with the open houses at least every week. He showed initiative with supplying lighting himself and offering great suggestions with how to present the house. The auction didn't present a buyer but Darryl remained positive and confident that we would achieve a sale post auction. This in fact happened and we signed a contract subject to the sale of the purchaser's house. Unfortunately the purchaser was unable to find a buyer for their home. At this stage I was thinking about pulling the house off the market and waiting 12 months to try again. Darryl, whilst fully supporting my intention felt that post federal election there would be a renewed spirit in the market and recommended I leave it on the market for a month post election. His premonition proved correct as we not only found a buyer, but a buyer who wanted the house dearly and so we achieved a higher price than the previous contract, subject only to my house valuing up to contract price. Throughout the entire campaign Darryl has been attentive, empathetic, positive but above all, he has acted with integrity. I believe that his honest nature and his natural way of dealing with people leads me to highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their home to give him a call. He gets a big pat on the back from me and it has nothing to do with the beautiful bottle of Moet he gave me yesterday after settlement. Thankyou Darryl!!!
