Darryl initially assisted us to purchase a new property. His expertise and realistic appraisal of the property assisted us to set a price limit and bid confidently. Once we secured the property we used Darryl to sell our house. Darryl went over and above what we expected of an agent. At least three opens a week, private viewings and rang us without fail after each inspection. The marketing campaign was exceptional and Darryl's recommendation as to what we needed (And more importantly what we didn't need) kept costs down. The auction took place 5 weeks after engaging Darryl's services and we achieved almost 200k over what we thought was a strong reserve. Darryl has been all that we could have asked for. He kept us in the loop at all times, here for Open for Inspections, gave us good advice about our expectations. Unfortunately Darryl had to go overseas in the last week of the campaign due to family concerns, but left us in the capable hands of Grace and Kelvin, who gave us the reassurances we needed as auction day approached.
