Professional smooth communicator and agent that I would use again

Darryl has been very professional and helpful throughout the whole settlement process. I asked for a few things to be done to the house prior to settlement and it has been completed. A very smooth process and I would definitely use Ray White and Darryl again!

Professional, Data backed, Reliable, Punctual, Flexible and Committed

. I was delighted to work with Darryl to sell my home. His professional approach, data based analysis of the specific Glen Waverley market and constant, reliable information updates meant, even though I was overseas for most of the campaign, I felt well informed and confident that Darryl had my best interests under control. His advice on preparing the property in terms of painting, flooring, gardens and the interior was direct and achievable. Indeed his advice on what to not worry about also helped our preparation. Darryl also gave us access to the specialist stylist whose input was invaluable. Even at our first meeting Darryl provided expert advice as to when to offer the property and then later proved to be flexible in bringing the auction forward a week when the preparations were completed early that proved to be successful. Pleasant, approachable and friendly Darryl displayed a detailed knowledge of our area and a personal relationship with some of the available buyers in the market. Darryl's team's marketing meant that we had a fantastic number of inspections through the property over the campaign. I was impressed by his attention to follow up on those who were serious players and to be able to discuss with me the details of four who had expressed their intention to attend and to bid definitely and three others who were possible. Indeed just before the auction began I was well aware of who was there ready to bid and who was not. I followed Darryl's advice on the reserve price and the auction, with a well informed auctioneer, proceeded as Darryl had predicted and then pleasingly well beyond! One of the final bidders Darryl had opened out of hours for a couple of personal inspections in the 48 hours leading up to the auction and this meant that this family, as it turned out the underbidders, helped to boost the price considerably. In all, I was delighted to have Darryl representing my property and would highly recommend him.

Professional, friendly, honest and open. Highly recommended

Darryl was upfront with advice on the best way to prepare the property for sale, which proved to be spot on. Weekly updates were provided with details of all offers and price expectations from interested parties. Our pre-auction meeting outlined prospective buyers and how the auction process would proceed, which gave us the confidence to set a realistic reserve. On auction day Darryl and his team worked hard to give us an outcome that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Darryl.

Amazing Team

I can’t recommend Darryl highly enough. We had a death midway through the campaign and his compassion and professionalism was outstanding. He gave us space to grieve while respectively keeping us informed. He got us an amazing sale result and we would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. Our experience was like selling alongside a friend.

Clear and Concise on the Selling Process and Why.

We have know Darryl for a while now since we purchased our home from him 18 years ago. Having Darryl sell our apartment was a comfortable experience as he was very clear and concise about how the process would work and the reasoning for some of the advice that he gave us.

Well above expectations

Selling a house at 80 is very daunting. Darryl made mum feel at ease and gave her a sense of security and confidence. The results were brilliant, with a huge crowd at the auction and very strong bidding. The advice provided by Darryl and his team was invaluable and was very considerate of our situation.
