Darryn showed us the property we ultimately purchased even 'though our initial reaction was "beautiful house, but too big for us". Our visit was, as a result, very brief as we flew into Hervey Bay just to view a few properties. Gradually, we moved towards the one Darryn had shown us and we required lots of additional information. He helped with this and promptly submitted offers and purchase conditions to the sellers until we were able to agree. Even in the period prior to settlement, he was able to help us abstain additional information which made our eventual move into our new home easy. Thanks Darryn
