I appreciated Darsh's honest review of the property from day 1. He knew that competing agents were going to price my property higher. As I work in the finance industry, I already had an idea of what the property was worth so I wasn't swept away by the other agents overpricing. Darsh came with real figures and you could see that he genuinely knew the industry and area really well. Darsh was very professional however above all, he continued to work extremely hard for the sale, having multiple open homes and private inspections. I know this is not the same experience for all home sellers. Finally, we got a fantastic outcome on our home and we were very happy. I'd recommend Darsh to everyone who is looking to sell.

Darsh was very easy to deal with and cut out a lot of the fluff that I had experienced with other agents. He didnt try to force me to sign anything or push his own deadline on me when it came to listing my property. He went above and beyond to get me the result I was after and I couldn't be more thankful for his help.

Exceptional at his profession.

Darsh was exceptional throughout the entire process of selling our property. From our first meeting to settlement, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed every step of the way. His communication was clear, honest, and responsive, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Darsh worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for our sale, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We truly appreciate his dedication, expertise, and commitment, and would highly recommend Darsh to anyone looking to sell their property.

I had a fantastic experience working with Darsh. From start to finish, he was honest, reliable, and an excellent communicator. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, always responded promptly to my questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Darsh genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me and was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Darsh helped so much with the availability of viewings, communication with the vendors and even a follow up call after settlement. Friendly, easy to talk to and always returned calls Thank you Darsh for all your help

Darsh was exceptional when it came to helping us purchase our first home. He was attentive, kind and patient with all the questions we had.

Darsh did an exceptional job selling my home. Great advice, great recommendations. Having that extra level of communication was amazing. Darsh and Mina are so professional. I can not say enough about how professional and outstanding these guys are.

Amongst the many agents we had spoken with, Darsh was the only one who listened to our concerns and views. He provided us with good advice on timing and getting the best outcome for the sale of our house. Darsh worked extremely hard and long hours during the campaign. Most importantly, he is very confident and always very positive which given us great comfort and blissful experience with him. I will definitely recommend Darsh to anyone who is looking to sell their house.

Darsh and ION real estate exceeded all of my expectations. His professionalism and character is fantastic. Thank you for making our experience easy.

Darsh Naidoo was put to the task to sell my property during difficult lock downtimes. This did not affect his enthusiasm or creativity. The advertising campaign was strengthened and created for both Darsh and the team. I strongly suggest in utilising him as your agent!

Darsh was very professional and knowledgeable. Very patient while we had our final inspection. Very flexible around our schedules.
