I purchased a property through him and his colleague, not sure where the communication gaps were (seller or themselves) I had to make lot of follow-ups for settlement dates, repairs on the property before final inspection etc. Overall, though Daryan is very polite and tried his best, but I had not received the right information at right time which incurred delays.
Daryan was quick to follow up to my queries and presented my offer to owners promptly and informed me of the outcome. All paperwork was also provided in a prompt friendly manner. Would recommend and use his services in future.
I want to express my overall issues with Daryan, that left me very shocked as my first few encounters with him were pleasant. My problem was the handover of keys, which was meant to be a Friday & I didn't receive a phone-call until 30 minutes before the initial key handover, to be told I wouldn't receive them until 3 days later, which is a grace period law in WA, but the communication from himself was terrible and not anyway professional, as he wouldn't answer my phone calls, sending me text messages, no consideration and just seem to disregard the situation & then had the audacity to blame my settlement agent over this matter, which I have in writing it was over an issue between himself & sellers over a key problem. I then was left with no answers or certain move in date & asked Daryan to send me a written email from Harcourts to notify me for a definite date & time for move in, which I did not receive. I got a text message 2 hours before getting the keys on the Monday, after having to text him myself to ask the question when I would be receiving the keys & I was told to come pick them up from the office that day. Daryan knew I was a first time home buyer, and I was left with a sour experience from him, as the excitement of it all took a turn. The fact there was no welcome package, or even a final meeting from him either was a disgrace. I highly would have recommended him from the first stages, but unfortunately he took a complete unprofessional approach to the final stages that I was very unhappy with, even having to text him to ask for the for sale sign to be removed at property & I get no response in return, only being asked numerous times to write a review. Am happy with my purchase, but very very disappointed with how Daryan handled himself and without even acknowledging how badly this was dealt with, through a time that should have been exciting & thrilling.
The forecast of house prices was very close to the final house price sale which gave us a good guidance as to what to expect. We got a clear guidance of the house sale process and how to set up the house for a good photo shoot. We were always getting good and frank updates after the home opens which helped us in decided on accepting the final offer price. We thank Daryan for getting the sale through at the forecast price.
Daryan is an angle he went out of his way to show us the home and explain all there was to know about the house. He was so friendly as if he was part of our family . Daryan was on time all the time and kept us well informed of all the processes as the sale went through .I would highly recommend him to any one who is looking to buy or sell .you cant go wrong with Daryan :)
