The challenge of selling a main road property has been a tuff load to carry for many agents. They either bend, buckle or twist. Not so for Daryl. He stepped up to it and didn’t back down for the duration. Having previously spent 30 years in Real Estate, I can tell when an agent is working for themselves or the seller. Daryl covered my tail at all times in the sale process. Even with some covid setbacks, nauseous building report, then a curved ball delay right at settlement, this bloke takes it all on and faces off. Never ever say never. A great attitude to have.

From signing of the contract Daryl initially gave us advice on preparing our property for sale followed by communicating to us a regular update on the current market on sales of property in the area. At no time were we ever feeling forced to consider our options for sale and he regularly communicated to us throughout the contract regarding updates on inquiries and inspections and views of potential buyers.
