In the first instance Daryl took his time to research not just the market, but also the profile of the potential buyers. His advertising campaign and approach to the impending sale was highly effective. Given that the property was being tenanted by a long-term tenant during this period and we were intending to find the right buyer where the tenant would stay. This provided more of challenge i believe for Daryl, but he just worked with what we had, including very inclement weather during inspections.
