The properties were home units in different locations all of which had been owned and rented by the same family since the early 1980's Daryl and his team did a great job in helping us with the planning of the 3 sales including; -advising on small tidy ups of each appartment -arrangeing for the tenants to vacate each premises -Recommending a good legal firm to arrange for the preparation and execution and subsequent settlement of the 3 sales contracts Keeping us well informed on interest in the purchase of each property and how open days inspections had gone Advising whether to take a property to auction or sell privately [depending on the level of buyer interest] All in all my clients were very happy with the results achieved on the sale of the 3 properties.
