Daryl is an excellent communicator, he kept me up to date on all activities, regarding the sale including buyer's comments, either positive or negative, these were so important as far as deciding sale expectations. Once the reserve was established, the selling process was easy. One point I may comment on; vendors sale once or twice in a life time, therefore any information, opinion, suggestion by an expert is taken into account seriously and that was something I was disappointed on because there were a few contradictions e.g. you don't need to renovate - a situation arrived when a similar house's reserve was more than mine, I asked why, comment "it is fully renovated" but, that was my first questions, should I renovate, the reply was no, people like to do their own. Overall, I am very happy to recommend Daryl, great result and professional delivery.

When I first decided to sell my property I went down to Daryl's office late 4.45pm and was with him until about 6pm that evening. He told me about the McGrath's Real Estate way of selling a property all the contingencies that I could expect in the sales process. I liked Daryl from the outset and he gave me time and answered all my questions. He explained their marketing plan and about issues that may come up during the sales/auction process. He came the next day and spoke with all my family and all were happy with how explained his Company's sales process. I was completely happy with the way he went about implementing the sale and some of the things he had explained in my first meeting came about so I was not surprised in the way the sale went. I was happy with his easy but knowledgeable way of explaining how the sales process was going during the sale period.
