Dave was very friendly and helpful. He made the experience of buying our first home relatively pain free, though there were some details of buying a house that he left out, which made meeting some deadlines a bit stressful.
Dave was professional and knowledgeable from the time I first spoke to him. He was able to benhonest and assist with the enquiry. Being an interstate buyer he was also accommodating for those needs. Dave emailed as he needed to and was available for any questions. This was an easy process.
Empathetic and sensible, this man deserves his awards. Dave and his family are all just really down to Earth nice people in the Real Estate game. This would have been enough to make it a positive experience, but to top that they also found us a great house, in the area we wanted for the price we sought. Not sure what else to say. Very satisfied and impressed.
