Dave picked up the baton right from start and he did not disappoint. While in the end we are little shy if the $ target he had set we were not disappointed. We were still ahead of the $ that had been suggested by alternative agents. The sale was handled and completed professionally and Dave was always ready with a solution when a problem emerged (for example how to deal with building inspection report that required down piping to be sealed).
