I was very satisfied with the financial result of the sale of my unit. The problem I had was the difficulty in contacting the relevant person at the Agency when I wanted (or needed) to. The person on the desk or answering the phone never seemed to be aware whether the person was available or at the office to speak to me. Leaving messages did not always receive what I would consider any prompt response. They didn't even seem to know if or when Dave would be in the office again. Maybe this just requires better training of the first-contact person. I could receive better feedback from Realestate.com on the result of open houses than the agency.
