Dave came across as very competent/experienced/professional in the sale process. This included liaising closely with the vendor when buyers were making offers and in closing the sale. Dave also helped out with arranging rubbish removal & cleaning prior to going to market. However, he was not always fully communicative with some other matters; e.g. when asked for copies of ads, signboard & marketing material, whilst he said this would be provided, it was not.
