He don't care about house condition once he get signed contract. He will promise till settlement date to give house on final inspection condition. However, it will be big lies. once settlement is done, he won't respond you neither he pick your phone nor reply message. He talks big but no professionalism shown throughout the journey. He is big lier never seen person like him betraying people. He is not good at all in his job. His recod shows it
