A successful result and enjoyable experience

Dave and Bridget were a wonderful team. From the very first meeting Dave was honest about the market, expectations for pricing and strategies for selling. Dave is authentic, down to earth and understands the stress that surfaces when selling a property. He always called when he said he would and asked how often I wanted an update and what type of updates etc. He worked really hard to secure a good deal after we received no bids at auction (3 qualified buyers pulled out day before for several reasons). He stayed calm and worked hard to get a good deal for us. I'd recommend Dave for those who want a calm, approachable agent with good values. He is also a Highton specialist and that's one of the reasons we chose him!
