My only complaint would be the most common complaint of all ..... that an agent's price guide does not often honestly reflect the expectation of the vendor. Other than that I highly recommend Dave!

I cannot praise Dave's efforts and ethics highly enough. His advise was always honest and accurate and he went well above what could normally be expected from any agent,(not many would strip to shorts to clear blocked drains on their day off) In difficult situations he was a cool and efficient mediator. Cannot recommend him highly enough

I am a seasoned property investor and I first met Dave Hannigan when I was viewing a property in Bondi. I was immediately struck by his astute knowledge of the property and his customer service. When I decided to list one of my investment properties in Paddington I gave him the listing even though he was based in Bondi. I wanted a certain price which I knew was beyond the market price. Dave gave me a realistic advice but said he would try to achieve the price I wanted. My property was unique in that it was a shop/ residence in a Victorian terrace. The premium price would only be achieved by going after a certain buyer who was prepared to pay premium. And that's just what Dave Hannigan did. He found the buyer and chased her all the way to auction day. I was so impressed because he was kept me informed at each stage and I'm sure he also kept the buyer informed also. In the end the principle agent said to me "I didn't even expect you would get this price". Dave reflects what an outstanding agent is: highly ethical, astute, and affable...He is the best agent I have met to date. Thanks Dave for exceeding our expectations

From the moment Dave volunteered to prepare a market appraisal for us we were impressed. His efficient, friendly and knowledgable attitude impressed us immensly. Dave always kept us up to date with what was happening and this included out of hours phone calls and emails. Dave would contact us after each open house and provide us with an overview and then the next day forward through a written report on items ranging from number of groups through, questions asked by prospective buyers and any comments, good or bad made by the prospective buyers. It was a pleasure to work with and have Dave represent us.
