Reccomendation/review for David Johnston, Gunn & Co.

My wife and I were really happy that Dave was looking after the sale of our property from the start. Dave was highly organised and confident and had a clear time line to sale for us from the start.This was an investment property and needed a fair bit of work before we put it on the market. Dave was able to organise all the quotes for us for carpets, painting etc and then manage all aspects for us. We didn't have to do a thing ourselves. Dave got the house looking better than we thought possible and on the market on the date originally planned. Dave then managed a whole host of offers that we got on the house and gave us daily updates on the progress. In the end, Dave sold the house within 2 weeks for $50,000 more than expected. We couldn't be happier with Dave and hope to engage him again for any other property sales we may make in the future.
