I was absolutely delighted with the process and the result the first time round, so it was a no-brainer to use him again the second time. I’m now even more delighted with his services. I live interstate and could not be physically present for the process, so communication was critical - Dave outlined the process in a teleconference upfront and the team uses modern technologies so we all know exactly where the process is up to and who has to do what - right through the process, up to and including settlement. We had sold through Dave Lane previously so knew that we were going to get a high standard approach to the sale. He was always informative and layed out the desired timeline of inspections, sale and settlement to us so we were always up to date with the process. We do not live in Newcastle and we’re selling remotely so it was great to know that his team were very supportive and organised some small repairs to be done as we were unable to be there to attend to them ourselves being in Sydney. We felt very relaxed with the whole sales process knowing Dave and his team were looking after it. We had set a reasonable yet high expectation on the sale price which Dave was able to not just meet, but achieved well above.
