I assisted my uncle, who was unwell, to sell a property through Dave Lane. The property had just been listed, when I called Dave to explain who I was and to nominate me as the point of contact. Dave was very understanding and while extremely professional, he was also very down to earth and explained the whole process in easy to understand language. Talking to Dave was like talking to a mate. There were a few hiccups along the way, with some issues regarding tenants in the property, rubbish left behind, lost keys etc, however nothing was too much trouble for Dave, who handled all these matters promptly and efficiently, checking with me at every step.
