We were so impressed with Dave. Before contacting him we were stressing out and thinking the sale would be very complicated; not only because our property is in Newcastle, Australia and we are now located in France, but also because the tenants in the property were vacating it just weeks before Christmas, so it needed to go on the market at a time when most were celebrating or on holiday - and definitely not thinking about house-hunting, or so we thought.
