Dave came to the first interview with a plan, had researched the sale, fully discussed the options and made clear recommendations, sought my opinion and goals/needs, was flexible in his program, put the plan into operation promptly, communicated frequently and was highly approachable all hours of the day and night, made a prompt concise summary of the bids and negotiated a good price. He also listened to the buyers needs and got a win/win for all involved. Polite, communicative, put the customer/seller first unlike some real estate agents. Realistic in his assessment and enthusiastic. Good competitive cost base and commission level. Highly recommended from my friends and I highly recommend him.
