Fantastic - great communicator

Dave sold our house for us while we were living interstate. He helped coordinate several trades and provided great advice as how to maximise the potential of our house. Of several agents we have used, Dave’s communication was far above anyone else - his emailed communication about the various steps in the selling process were very valuable, he gave us great regular updates and fundamentally understands the decision process in buying and selling. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
