Dave helped the reviewer sell this property

Open Communication from Day One!

We contacted Dave Lane from Lane Campos when we decided to sell our family home at Waratah. The home had been in our family for 7 generations so selling was always going to be a bit emotional. They had deep knowledge of our local market and accurately predicted how to price our home, resulting in an offer within just three weeks. The entire team (Dave, Will, Naomi, Belinda, Gab, Laura, Leigh and Zanna) worked diligently to ensure a quick and effective sale and from their experience and dedication to their efficiency made the whole process stress-free. Using WhatsApp really made communication very easy - questions were followed up on, and we did not feel like information was getting lost between different people. The team stayed organized from start to finish. We really appreciated how organized the experience felt. If you’re looking for a Real Estate company who delivers outstanding service, Lane Campos is the one! True professionals we’d gladly work with again
