David had a buyer for my home within 24 hours, under contract in a few days and sold within 35 days. From the very first meeting David was very educated of my area and produced relevant data and recent sales to back it up. Greetings; In a difficult market for my type of property David found a buyer and a reserve buyer if the first buyer was not successful with obtaining finance. David found the buyer to be testing and somewhat low with the initial offers while in hindsight I was most likely somewhat high with my expectations. David was able to bring us together with a market based price which was realistic resulting in the sale. David also helped with finding me a low cost reliable solicitor to process the sale.
