Dave was instrumental in my recent purchase of a townhouse in Edens Landing. He gave me good honest advice about the property and guided me through the process of successfully buying it. It was the best investment I have made and am really glad I bought when I did. Dave has been really helpful every step of the way. His experience and knowledge of the area were invaluable as I almost gave up on even looking . So many other agents were unsatisfactory in their approach with unrealistic expectations in the current market. I know that both seller and purchaser were brought together with sensible expectations and a deal was struck quickly and smoothly. Dave is friendly and did not pressure me in any way .
