We had several agents approach us to sell our waterfront property, some we knew and trusted, some we didn't, amongst them was Dave. Dave's approach was slick, professional and compelling enough for us to give him our business. His campaign strategy and sales price predictions were spot on. We were sold within days of going to market for a price in our higher range with plenty of competing interest. We'd give him 6 stars if we could.
Personally, i would not recommend this agent to anyone. I was not happy and felt this is one of my biggest mistakes in recent years to sell with this man. I tried to get out of it but feel I got caught. I hate that feeling of being conned and that is how I felt after doing business with this man. My mistake and I have a lot of regret. Too many issues to name here to do with this sale - but one of them was he would not put up a current front picture of the property (on the internet) and would not list it for what I asked him too and I had even written him a letter requesting him to do this. He had not consulted me on the price and (to me) it seemed like he was pushing for a fire sale and quick commission for himself. In the mean time another real estate agent sold a similar property for another 10,000 more. damn.

He was always punctual, very reliable and I was kept extremely well informed throughout the entire process. I knew I could reach him at any time with questions I might have – nothing was ever too much trouble for Dave. His retention for information from viewers at open homes was first class and always articulated well. I had no doubt that the prospective purchasers were been given the same exceptional service that I was receiving. I firmly believe that there is no agent better suited to selling homes in Mudgeeraba than Dave Manby. His vast knowledge of the area coupled with his exceptional negotiating skills puts him in a league of his own and I would strongly recommend Dave Manby to anyone looking to sell their home in Mudgeeraba.
