I would like to recommend Dave Martin to any vendor who is selling in Butler. His market knowledge is excellent which is very important in a Buyer's Market. He suggested a realistic asking price which would attract buyers rather than agreeing with any price that I might have been expecting. The result was I had an offer on my home before the first home open! He uses an excellent photographer to maximise internet exposure. Because the price was realistic in today's market my buyers had no trouble getting all the approvals for their loan enabling me to downsize to my new location. Way to go Dave! Many thanks.

Had a very good experience working with Dave Martin. We viewed and later purchased a house the Dave had listed. Nothing was too much trouble for him throughout the process and he made himself available for multiple views and was very transparent. Very good agent and have already passed on his details to a friend so they can get they're house listed with him.
