Excellent sales effort.

I came across Mr Dave Musgrave(Dave) perchance as he had sold one of the other Units in the complex of which I was the owner of a Unit. From the first time that I first met Dave, I felt comfortbale in the knowledge that as a Seller's agent, I had chosen the right agent to market and sell my property. Dave showed great insight into the property market and in particular that of the Redcliffe Peninsular. Dave was transparent in his dealing with me and I knew that he could be trusted to serve my best interest. All that I had to do was sign documents when necessary and leave the rest to Dave. on e of the things that inpressed me was the manner in which Dave went about marketing my property. The photographer that was employed to take the photographs of the property certanily knew what she was doing and the end result of the photography was very impressive. The photographer came recommended by Dave and I have no regrets in following his recommendation in this regard. Dave was also prepared to collabotate with Mr Lindsay Deagon of Abode Properties who is an agent that is also worthy of praise when it comes to the purchasing and selling of real estate in and along the Redcliffe Peninsular. As I said, all that I needed to do was sign documents where requred. The rest was left to Dave. At the end, I got what I wanted out of the sale, thanks to Dave and the entire exercise was hassle free. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave as a real estate agent and in particular as a Seller's agent to those who are desirous of purchasing and /or selling their property.

During what ended up being a very protracted sale with one contract falling through and another being a very stressful experience we found Dave to be very professional and at all times looking out for our interests even when we took an unprecedented decision to decline a buyer due to tactics. His communication throughout the whole process was very thorough and at no time were we left wondering if there were any inquires, offers or other general information. He was always on time for house inspections and did not hesitate to make other arrangements if needed by us or a prospective buyer. His market appraisal was in the right area for our sale and at no time did we not have people coming to inspect the property. Very happy sellers
