Steve Wright started off our process very well. Meeting to all our needs for the first few viewings. As first time buyers we were not very familiar with the process and with a multiple offer situation Steve supplied knowledge and guidance throughout the application. We had a long settlement which is where communication fell back a little but when we let Steve know if this he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy by settlement.
