nice to finally meet an agent who genuinely has respect and regard for both the seller and the buyer and is willing to work for an outcome regardless. after three years on the market with a so called leading raby bay agent and only two inspections we were loosing faith in the system until david rang us with a buyer out of the blue who had seen our property through three other agents who all dismissed him as too hard .this buyer had dealt with david before with great success and put trust in him to secure the sale which after much work and effort on davids behalf has been successful and everybody is overjoyed and thankfull and relieved.we would recommend david to anyone bying or selling realestate, and we will trusting him with our future deals.
