When we chose Dave Neilson and his team to sell our house it turned out to be an excellent decision, they took care of everything so we were left relatively stress free. The time we chose to sell was very difficult because of the cancellation of open house inspections but thanks to the persistence of Steve Murphy and the professionalism of the whole team Steve was able to get a price which was acceptable to both parties in this difficult time. Steve Murphy is a diligent and hard working professional and thanks to him keeping in contact with us and letting us know what was going on the sale went smoothly and we were extremely happy with the result.
