We engaged Dave following a referral we received from an estate agent in another area. Dave presented as sincere, established and trustworthy. He handled our concerns with ease throughout the campaign and was always available when I needed to speak with him. He attended every inspection bar one, however this didn't jade us in the slightest given his 2IC (the amazing Sherife) was there in his place. As action day approached Dave was honest and transparent, maintaining his composure and helping us maintain our sanity! He entered the big day with a clear and concise strategy that played out almost exactly as he said it would. We were skeptical throughout the campaign as we'd heard some horror stories however the end result - and in hindsight, Dave's performance and mannerism - put all that to rest as he did the hard work when it mattered most. Sitting on this side of the campaign, my wife and I are extremely grateful and happy with the result and our choice of agent. We will always look back on our experience with Dave as a rewarding and warming experience, where he really went above and beyond to keep my wife and I calm and well informed throughout the sale of our first home.
