We went into the selling market newbies and Dave helped us with his great knowledge about not only the selling of our house but everything in between like the market, what different selling points we could use, and just overall alot of great tips and advice given. He also was great when i rung or messaged with stupid questions he answered with no hassles. Def reccomend getting Dave on board when selling and will hopefullt be able to use him when we look at buying again.

Dave was extremely helpful and friendly from the start, as we have had bad experiences in the past with real estate agents due to our age and inexperience in real estate. He had a game plan from the beginning of what we needed to do in order to get a good sale in the current market, and it worked. We sold after only 8 days for a price we were very happy with, given the current market. From there we had a long settlement (3 months) at the request of the buyers, and Dave had good communication throughout that period. All in all, our experience with Dave was great, pain-free and nothing but helpful from the day we signed up, until after settlement. Would recommend him in a heart beat.
